Biferno DOC: White Grape is Trebbiano and Red Grape is Montepulciano. Bianco (Wh): 70–80% Trebbiano Toscano + OAWG Rosato (Ro): 70–80% Montepulciano; 10–20% Aglianico; maximum 20% OANRG; Rosso (Rd): 70–80% Montepulciano; 10–20% Aglianico; maximum 20% OANRG; Superiore (Rosso)Riserva (Rosso). The Minimum alcohol level is 10.5% for Bianco; 11.5% for Rosato and Rosso; 12.5% for Superiore; 13.0% for Riserva
