IGP Calabria: White Grape are Ansonica, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Greco, Guardavalle, Guarnaccia, Malvasia, Manzoni Bianco, Montonico Bianco, Moscato, Pecorello, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Trebbiano, Verdicchio, Welschriesling (Riesling Italico), Zibibbo and Red Grape Varieties: are Aglianico, Alicante, Barbera, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Castiglione, Gaglioppo, Greco Nero, Magliocco Canino, Malvasia Nera, Merlot, Montepulciano, Nerello Cappuccio, Nerello Mascalese, Nero d’Avola (Calabrese), Nocera, Petit Verdot, Sangiovese, Syrah. Minimum alcohol level is 10.0% for Bianco frizzante; 10.5% for Bianco tranquillo, Rosato (tranquillo and frizzante), and Rosso frizzante; 11.0% for Rosso tranquillo, Novello, and all Spumante wines; 14.0% potential for Passito
