Canavese DOC

Canavese DOC: It is a very versatille apellation in the Northern Part of Piedmont producing red, white, rose’, and sparkling wines. The white version is made with 100% Erbaluce, while the red and rose’ versions  can use Nebbiolo, Barbera, Uva Rara, Freisa, Bonarda, Neretto.
