Delle Venezie DOC: White Grapes are Chardonnay, Friulano, Garganega, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Verduzzo
Bianco (Wh, WhFr): Minimum 50% Chardonnay, Friulano, Garganega, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Bianco, and/or Verduzzo (Friulano and/or Trevigiano) + OAWG; Pinot Grigio (Wh, WhFr, Ro, RoFr): Minimum 85% Pinot Grigio; maximum 15% Chardonnay, Friulano, Garganega, Muller-Thurgau, Pinot Bianco, and/or Verduzzo + OANWG*; While there is not technically a rosato category for this denomination, there is enough pigmentation in the skins of Pinot Grigio that the wine can be made to appear copper or pink in color with long skin contact; Pinot Grigio Spumante (WhSp): Minimum 85% Pinot Grigio; maximum 15% Chardonnay, Friulano, Garganega, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Bianco, and/or Verduzzo + OANWG* The Zone of production is The entire regions of Friuli–Venezia Giulia and Veneto, plus the Trentino half of Trentino–Alto Adige (i.e., the province of Trento). The Minimum alcohol level is 11%
