GRAPE VARIETIES

Malvasia Bianca Lunga

Malvasia Bianca Lunga is a grape that grows in Tuscany and it is famous for being included in the original Chianti recipe by the Barone Ricasoli. Nowadays, the white varieties can’t be used in the Chianti anymore and this Malvasia is part of the blend of the Vin Santo, together with the Trebbiano Toscano.
