Vernaccia Nera
Vernaccia Nera is a grape cultivated in Marche and Umbria. Even if in the past it was more popular and widespread, it is still known for the Vernaccia di Serrapetrona DOCG which is a bottle-fermented sparkling wine made from at least 40% of air-dried grapes.
