Bianco (Wh): 50–65% Verdeca; 35–50% Bianco di Alessano; maximum 5% Bombino Bianco, Fiano, and/or Malvasia Toscana; Spumante (WhSp): 50–65% Verdeca; 35–50% Bianco di Alessano; maximum 5% Bombino Bianco, Fiano, and/or Malvasia Toscana. The Minimum alcohol level is 11.0%
