Vigneti della Serenissima/ Serenissima DOC: This is an appellation for only white and red sparkling wines in the region of Veneto.White Grapes are Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco
and Red Grape is Pinot Nero. Wine Composition:Spumante (WhSp): Any proportions of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and/or Pinot Nero; Rosé Spumante (RoSp): Any proportions of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and/or Pinot Nero; Millesimato (vintage-dated Spumante); Riserva (Spumante). The Minimum alcohol level is 11.5%, except 12.0% for Riserva.
