Production: Gallura (Spumante only)and Tempio Pausania or Tempio (Spumante only) The Minimum alcohol level:Â 8.0% for Spumante (11.5% potential); 12.0% for Bianco (14.0% potential); 12.0% for da Uve Stramature (15.0% potential); 12.0% for Passito (16.0% potential)
