White Grape are Malvasia, Marsanne, Moscato, Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Trebbianoand Red Grapes are Barbera, Bonarda, Fortana. This appellation from Emilia Romagna lies close to the city of Piacenza. Minimum alcohol level: 1.0% for Mosto Parzialmente Fermentato (10.5% potential); 10.0% for Bianco, Riesling, and Fortana; 10.5% for Marsanne, Müller-Thurgau, Rosso, and Barbera.Maximum alcohol level: 6.3% for Mosto di Uve Parzialmente Fermentato
