IGP Rubicone: It is an apellation from Emilia Romagna producing red, white, rose’, and sparkling wines. White Grapes are Albana, Biancame, Bombino Bianco, Chardonnay, Fiano, Friulano, Garganega, Gewürztraminer, Grechetto, Malvasia, Manzoni Bianco, Marsanne, Montù, Moscato, Mostosa, Müller-Thurgau, Ortrugo, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Spergola, Trebbiano, Verdicchio, Welschriesling (Riesling Italico). Red Grapes Varieties are Alicante, Ancellotta, Barbera, Bonarda, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ciliegiolo, Croatina, Dolcetto, Fogarina, Fortana, Gamay, Groppello, Lambrusco, Malbo Gentile, Malvasia Rosa, Marzemino, Merlot, Montepulciano, Petit Verdot, Pinot Nero, Raboso, Refosco, Sangiovese, Syrah, Terrano, Uva Longanesi. Minimum alcohol level is 8.5% potential for Mosto di Uve Parzialmente Fermentato; 10.0% for all wines except 11.0% for Novello and 13.0% potential for Passito
