Colline Novaresi DOC: It is a very versatille appellation in the Northern Part of Piedmont producing red, white, and rose’ wines. The white version is made with 100% Erbaluce, while the red and rose’ versions  can use Nebbiolo, Barbera, Uva Rara, Vespolina, and Croatina.
