Rosso (Rd): 35–60% Uva di Troia (locally Sumarello); 25–35% Malvasia Nera, Montepulciano, and/or Sangiovese; 15–30% Bombino Bianco, Malvasia Bianca, and/or Trebbiano. The Minimum alcohol level is 11.5%
