Bardolino DOC

Bardolino DOC: It is an apellation from Veneto producing red, rose’ and sparkling wines. Red Grape is Corvina  and Wine Composition is Chiaretto (Ro): 35–80% Corvina and/or Corvinone (maximum 20% Corvinone); 10–40% Rondinella; maximum 15% Molinara; maximum 20% OANRG (of which no single variety can exceed 10%); Rosso (Rd): 35–80% Corvina and/or Corvinone (maximum 20% Corvinone); 10–40% Rondinella; maximum 15% Molinara; maximum 20% OANRG (of which no single variety can exceed 10%); Novello (Rosso); Chiaretto Spumante (RoSp): 35–80% Corvina and/or Corvinone (maximum 20% Corvinone); 10–40% Rondinella; maximum 15% Molinara; maximum 20% OANRG (of which no single variety can exceed 10%). Minimum alcohol level is  10.5% for Chiaretto and Rosso; 11.0% for Novello; 11.5% for Spumante
