Val di Cornia DOC: It is a very interesting appellation from Tuscany producing red, white, rose’, dessert wines. White Grapes are Ansonica, Malvasia, Trebbiano, Vermentino, Viognier
Principal Red Grapes are Aleatico, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ciliegiolo, Merlot, Sangiovese. The Minimum alcohol level is 11.0% for Bianco and Rosato; 11.5% for Ansonica and Vermentino; 12.0% for red varietals; 12.0% for Passito (16.0% potential); 12.5% for Superiore
