Schioppettino It is grown in Friuli Venezia Giulia. It was almost extinct and brought back to life thanks to a passionate producer. Scoppiettare means “to explode” in Italian and it refers either to the explosion of flavor or the bottles that were literally exploding in the past due to the wine refermentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
